Gallery 92 would like you to be able to buy with confidence from our online shop. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please notify us within 14 working days using the contact form and we will provide a returns address.
Item/s will be refunded or exchanged within the 14 day period providing that you have not used the item/s; it is returned in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely. Unfortunately post and package costs are non-refundable and always obtain a certificate of posting as proof. In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs of postage and will either refund or exchange the goods.
We normally aim to send out all orders within 2-3 working days, once receiving payment. However this item may require printing to order, so please allow an additional 7 days before despatch.
For UK deliveries we will send by Royal Mail 1st class, or by courier for larger/heavier items, and for international shipping we will post tracked and ‘sign for’.
UK Bank holidays are not classified as a delivery day, please allow extra working days for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
